Executive Board Meeting Minutes - 1/4/2018
Meeting called to order by Tom K8TB at 6:08PM
Attendance: Tom K8TB, RichWA8MTI, Josh KE8DXB, Jack KE8CIO, Bob K8RJB, Dave, Jeff, Bob, Phil, and Zach.
Items Discussed:
1. Membership
a. Change of membership to anniversary date
i. Membership group to receive emails about membership renewal 30 days before, day of, and 30 days after.
b. Every 90 days, make a 2 year membership list of club members to be posted on the website.
c. More participation on QRZ
2. Repeaters
a. Simple DMR Repeater at Warm Friend
b. Possible Fusion Repeater
c. UV Microlink between Hospital and Warm Friend.
d. Work with OCARA on 145.07 digi
i. Get the club educated on Winlink – Zach
e. Hamilton digi APRS to become HARC’s APRS – Maybe on warm friend.
f. Move 06 and 440 to new Controller (All Star)
3. Club Website/Email
a. Web page access to individuals who are responsible for their sections.  
b. Change Website theme
c. Change Mailing List, Gmail or own mail service.  Need auto notifications moving forward.
4. QSO Party once a month
5. Recognitions for Volunteers
6. Contact Awards from HARC
