Call to Order: 7:45pm, Holland Red Cross

In Attendance:

	Treasurer:  Rich Anderson, WA8MTI
	Secretary:  Todd Boss, W8YHF

General Discussion: 

	We intend to reinstate monthly EAT meetings.

	We will keep the website updated with the topic for each month's upcoming meeting.

	Tom has a list of club bylaws that need to be updated to tighten loopholes.  Tom will present his proposed changes at a future meeting.
