General Membership Meeting Minutes 
April 13, 2015 
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm by Bryan, KD8LDX, at Ottawa County Central Dispatch. 
Secretary's Report: 
None 
Treasurer's Report: 
General Fund: $3788.93 
Membership: $86.76 
Total: $3875.69 
Treasurer's report was accepted as read. 
Opening Remarks: 
Please email Tom K8TB directly about volunteering for Tulip Time. 
Nick KD8JBG noted that it was Michigan Severe Weather Awareness Week. The regular 
Wednesday weekly test will instead happen thursday at 2:00pm. 

Upcoming events: 
Programs: 
VE Testing: 
VE Testing is conducted at the Red Cross on the second Saturday of each 
even-numbered month at 6pm. 
“Ham in a Day” events are held prior to the April, August, and December VE testing 
sessions at 1pm. 
Old Business: 
Spark in the Park 
August 1, at Grand Rapids Home School building. HARC is putting it on with cooperation from 
other local clubs. Gym cost is $400, split by 5 clubs. Club voted to allocate $80 for our share 
of the cost. 
New Business: 
No new business to report. 
The business meeting was adjourned at 7:05pm, followed by a presentation and tour of 
Ottawa County Central Dispatch by Mike N8XPQ.
