2009 May Meeting Minutes

Minutes for the Holland Amateur Radio Club business meeting for May 12th at 7:15 PM

The meeting was called to order 7:15. 30 people filled in the sign-in sheet.

Phil K8PVH gave the treasurer’s report : the main account had a balance of $1752.24 and the swap account had a balance of $2500.00 The club made $100.00 on parking from tulip time.

Steve said we had some new hams the helped out with tulip time this year and the new hams like the event and want to help out next year. Things went well this year for tulip time.

Jim KC8KE said W8T the special event station for tulip time worked over 450 stations! Cards will go out soon to stations requesting them with a SASE.

Tom K8TB make a motion that the club accept a offer from freedom net for free Internet service for the club and it would be under the control of the repeater committee. The club voted in favor of the free Internet service.
