2010 Fall License Classes

HARC is proud to announce its fall series of amateur radio license classes.

Location:
Ken Groom ZR5AAD Technical and Training Center
280 East 8th Street
Holland, Michigan.

Fees:
- $20 for the class
- $20 for the study guide

Classes Offered:
EXTRA – Every Monday evening, beginning September 13 through November 15. Classes are from 7:00pm until 9:00pm.

TECHNICIAN – Every Wednesday evening, beginning September 15 through November 17. Class are from 7:00pm until 9:00pm.

VE Testing:
Testing for both classes, as well as any walk-ins who are welcome too, will begin at 10:00am on November 20, 2010 in the Holland Fire Department’s Kollen Park Fire Station, 280 Kollen Park Drive, in Holland.

2010 Fall CW Class

Beginning Tuesday September [revised]21, 2010 we start a series of CW classes lead by Mike Cole, WD8NHA that will run until about November 16, 2010, depending on progress.

2010 August QRP In The Park

2010 August Fox Hunt

The “Jamestown 880″ foxhunt will be held on Wednesday, August 18th at 7:00 pm.

One of the neat features of this hunt will be the start, 880 feet above sea level with a fantastic view in all directions. The initial bearing will be a like a spotlight on the fox.

Laryn, K8TVZ will be the Fox.
